Vav (Sixth Grade) - Schedule

Sundays: 9:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

9:15 – 9:45 a.m.: Lead portions of Shacharit service at morning minyan
9:50 – 10:35 a.m.: Welcome; Tzedakah*, Jewish Studies; *Students are encouraged to give at least one penny of tzedakah each Sunday.
10:40 – 11:25 a.m.: Current Events; Tikkun Olam
11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.: Chugim

Wednesdays: 4:15 – 6:15 p.m.

4:15 – 5:10 p.m.: Jewish Studies
5:20 – 6:15 p.m.: Prayer Tefillah; Torah portion lab

Saturday (once a month): 9:30 – 11:45 a.m.

Shabbat Morning Family Programming

9:30 – 10:00 a.m.: Lead P’sukei D’zimra and Shacharit services for the congregation
10:00 – 10:25 a.m.: Rabbi’s D’var Torah
10:30 – 11:00 a.m.: Observe congregation’s Torah service
11:00 – 11:40 a.m.: Lead Musaf service for congregation
11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. for those who wish to stay: Lunch in Social Hall

Snack Schedule (combined with Zayin Class)

Each student should bring his or her own water bottle. Please be sure to follow the food guidelines.
