Students will analyze some of the following figures: God, Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel, Noah, Na’ama, Shem, Cham, Yafet, Terach, Abraham, Sarah, Lot, Isaac, Rebecca, Eliezer, Laban, Jacob, Rachel, Leah, Joseph, Joseph’s brothers, Moses, Miriam, Aaron, and the Pharaoh.
Torah Themes
Students will reflect upon the following themes that appear in the Torah: speaking up for what is right, following one’s beliefs, overcoming challenges, avoiding gossip, telling the truth kehillah, and being kind to animals.
